IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF SIZE AND FIT

We understand that fit and size issues are especially important to you. Our website includes fit notes where possible to help guide and assist you in understanding how each of our products will fit you.
Our size chart will help you compare the various international size norms.
If you are unsure and you need to discuss fit, colour or fabric in more detail, please call our customer care team and they will be pleased to talk through with you the various details, and size options, for any of the items in our product range.

HOW YOUR PRODUCTS WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOU

Please see the delivery and returns tab for information on our delivery and shipping policy. All items will be gift-wrapped in Lotus London tissue, ribbons, and bag or box.

IF YOUR PRODUCT DOES NOT ARRIVE AT YOUR NOMINATED ADDRESS

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse via our selected couriers. Our integrated systems include on-line tracking from the time of dispatch to delivery to your nominated address.

IF YOUR PURCHASE IS A GIFT

All our items will be beautifully wrapped and carefully packaged. If your order is a gift, we would be delighted to add a card with a hand-written gift message with your delivery. Simply enter your gift message at the time of placing your order.
Invoices for orders with gift messages will be sent to the billing address, whilst the order will be sent without invoice/price details to the consignee/shipping address.
