Lotus London supports fair trade and local community initiatives. This means we ensure our suppliers are paid fair wages for their work; working conditions are safe and of a good standard and no children are exploited.

Our suppliers provide work for local community members and village artisans, using traditional Indian methods and techniques. All our products are hand made, using the highest quality fabrics and embellishment through sustainable methods of production.

All the artisans we work with are not only proud of their work but their work place. Our products are skilfully created by people working together as a team in a positive and pleasant working environment. We urge you to support this as opposed to the disposable, fast fashion that is flooded into the high street, which exploits human dignity for the sake of low cost labour.
