All Lotus London purchases will be carefully gift-wrapped with tissue ribbons and gift bags or boxes, with exterior packaging to ensure it is delivered to your door in the best possible condition.
If your order is a gift, we would be delighted to add a card with a hand-written gift message with your delivery. Simply enter your gift message at the time of placing your order. Invoices for orders with gift messages will be sent to the billing address, whilst the order will be sent without invoice/price details to the consignee/shipping address.
For shipments within the UK, we offer two rates; Express Delivery which delivers to most UK post codes* on the next working day, and Standard Delivery which delivers to most UK post codes* up to 2 to 3 days after dispatch. (* please note that some UK post codes such as Scottish Highlands and Islands require extra time for the delivery to be made)

Lotus London prices include UK VAT for all EU-based customers. For deliveries to customers outside the EU, the UK VAT element will be deducted from the sales price.
For shipping destinations outside the EEC, please note that your order will be shipped exclusive of import duties and customs charges: your order will be shipped as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). In certain countries you may also be requested to pay additional local sales taxes at the time your order is delivered to you. Such additional local charges, if they arise, are for the customer's account.
In the event that you wish to return any item, please note that import duties and local sales taxes will not be refundable by us.
Once your credit card has been approved, your order will be dispatched from London by courier such as Fedex or UPS, or by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Dispatch will be made to your stated delivery address and a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.
We aim to dispatch your orders as soon as possible. For orders placed before 3pm (GMT) Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch on the same day. For orders placed after 3pm (GMT) we will dispatch your order on the next working day.
To ensure prompt delivery we must have proper and complete addresses and make one delivery charge per delivery address.
A daytime telephone number is required in case we or our delivery agents need to contact you.
We hope that you will be delighted with your Lotus London products. We understand however that on occasion you may want to exchange an item for a different size or colour or that you may wish to return an order.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon receipt, before removing and attached tags and before disposing of the original packaging.
You may return your goods to us and we will refund your purchase in full provided that the goods are received by us unused, in a perfect saleable condition, with all tags attached. We will not accept returns for non-faulty items which have been worn and/or where tags have been removed.
We also require that you return the goods to us within 15 days of the date on which we dispatched your original order. Sale items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
We regret that certain lingerie items such as knickers cannot be returned and we would request that you check your sizing carefully when ordering these items. In the case of certain items of lingerie or swimwear, the original hygiene strip must be in place.
In the interests of hygiene and security we are unable to offer a refund on cosmetics, lotions or creams.
All items returned as 'fault' will be inspected by us, and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear, or returned as faulty over 3 months after the date of purchase, will not be accepted as faulty.

We will not be able to accept returns made outside this time period. Any returns received outside this time frame may be considered at the sole discretion of Lotus London and could only be considered for refund as a credit against a future purchase.
Please note that any international duties and taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EEC).
When we receive your goods we will check the items and check that the tags are in place. Provided the goods are returned in the same condition as we shipped them, we will arrange the refund against your credit/debit card. This refund will be done within 10 days of Lotus London having received the returned goods.
